Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you have received, please contact us. At Varezzi, we want to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the products purchased through our suppliers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we kindly ask you to reach out so we can assist you immediately.

How to return (part of) your order

You have the right to return a product for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will refund the full order amount within five business days after we have received and inspected the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@varezzi.com stating whether you want to return the entire order or specific items.
  2. Wait for a response from our customer service confirming that the return is eligible.
  3. If the return is approved, please package the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
  4. Send the package to the return address provided by our support team.
  5. Provide us with your tracking number (Track & Trace).
  6. Once we have received and inspected the package, we will issue your refund through the original payment method.

Returns

You may return an item within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. The product must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please always contact us before sending anything back, as the return address may vary depending on the shipping origin of your order.

Order cancellations

Unfortunately, order cancellations are not possible. Orders are processed automatically in our system and therefore cannot be stopped once they have been placed.

Damaged items upon delivery

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we are no longer able to accept a return.

Please send a clear photo showing the damage so that we can assist you promptly.

For damaged products, we offer a free replacement shipment the first time. If the replacement product arrives damaged as well, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Faults or defects after use

In rare cases, a manufacturing defect may appear after some use. Such issues are covered. However, wear-and-tear components are not included. Examples of wear parts include batteries, chains, bulbs, brake components, tires, tubes, and other moving parts.

Incorrect item received

If you received the wrong product, we will send you the correct item free of charge.

Delivery issues or uncollected packages

If a package cannot be delivered or is not collected, it will automatically be returned to the sender. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct 100% of the order value from the refund.

Refused or unclaimed packages

If a customer refuses the package or does not collect it, no refund will be issued. Returns must always follow our return policy to be eligible for a refund.

Damaged package?

For the first occurrence, we send a free replacement. If the second shipment is also damaged, we provide a full refund.

Package lost?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered, we will first send a replacement package. After that, our return and refund conditions apply.

Customs and duties

In rare cases, customs may charge a fee. This happens in only about 1% of shipments. If you are charged unexpectedly, contact us and we will assist you.
